At Cardinal Wedding Films, we take pride in delivering a customized and memorable experience from start to finish.
We’ll work hand-in-hand with you to understand your unique vision and ensure your wedding day turns out exactly like you’d hoped, and ultimately, give you a Wedding Film that you’ll cherish for years to come.
From the technical side of things, such as using high-quality cameras and audio, to the personal moments between you, your guests, and your closest friends and family, we’ll have everything covered to capture all the important moments and details from your wedding day.
the cardinal experience
1. consultation call
The first step is scheduling a quick Consultation Call to get to know more about you as a couple, as well as a little bit more about what you’re looking for on your wedding.
It’s important to mention that this IS NOT a sales call.
This is truly a way to get to know each other to make sure we’d be a good fit for your big day. If we’re not the right option for you, no worries!
Once the Consultation Call wraps and we find the perfect Wedding Film Collection, you’ll be sent a digital Proposal to sign the contract, submit your initial deposit, and ultimately securing your date with us.
2. pre-wedding questionnaire
4-6 weeks before your wedding date, you’ll be sent a Pre-Wedding Questionnaire to share all the finalized details for your wedding.
This Pre-Wedding Questionnaire will include details about the Ceremony and Reception, bridal party information, vendors, and any other important details that are needed to make sure everything goes off without a hitch.
3. final discovery call
This final Discovery Call is to quickly go over the information that you shared in the Pre-Wedding Questionnaire.
This is the perfect time to include any last minute details or questions, as well for us to go over your Wedding Timeline to make sure that you’ll get a Highlight Film that you absolutely love!
4. capture your wedding
This is where we take the reins so you get to enjoy your wedding and celebrate!
We’ll be working closely with your photographer and other vendors to make sure you get the wedding you’ve always dreamed about.
If we need anything from you, whether it’s to capture the perfect shot or anything else, we’ll make sure to communicate.
Our goal is to complement and capture the moments during your wedding day, not to take away from them or be a nuisance. So we’ll be capturing all those special moments behind the scenes as much as possible.
5. enjoy your film
Now is the fun part!
8-12 weeks after your wedding, you’ll be receiving your Highlight Film to watch and enjoy.
We prioritized this to be a fun and easy thing for you to watch and share with your friends and family by giving you a customized website to view and download your video(s).
I like to think it’s like a “mini Netflix” for your wedding that you can enjoy from your TV, phone or tablet.
